Operate and monitor abrasive blast equipment to prepare metal surfaces for painting; handle/rack and move materials; maintain inventory, housekeeping, and safety practices; inspect and transfer finished products; follow PPE and safety procedures; pass background check, drug screen, and physical.

Lead and perform hands-on welding and fitting work while coordinating shop floor activities, mentoring welders, ensuring quality and safety, inspecting fabricated components, assisting production scheduling, and supporting maintenance and cross-functional collaboration to meet production goals.
