Leads supplier selection, qualification, development, audits, performance improvement, and component readiness for automotive battery manufacturing. Manages supplier scorecards, APQP, PPAP, validation audits, quality issues, root-cause analysis, cost improvements, and compliance with automotive quality standards. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and suppliers to ensure capability, quality, cost, capacity, and delivery requirements. Provides leadership and training to supplier development staff.

Leads environmental, health, and safety strategy for a battery manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include regulatory reporting, ISO 14001 management, OSHA recordkeeping, audits, hazard assessments, incident investigations, injury case management, contractor safety, training, LOTO evaluations, medical monitoring, and corrective action oversight. Partners with leadership and operations to reduce risk, maintain compliance, improve EHS KPIs, and integrate safety controls into projects and equipment installations. Requires five years of EHS experience, manufacturing safety expertise, and 20% travel.

Supports the Controller across accounting and finance operations, including month-end close, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger management, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and audit coordination. The role maintains GAAP and regulatory compliance, strengthens internal controls, improves accounting procedures, and supports cross-functional operations in a manufacturing environment.
