Set up and operate manual, semi-automated, automated, and CNC machine tools to produce precision parts. Measure and inspect workpieces using precision instruments, interpret blueprints and engineering specifications, maintain and repair equipment, diagnose malfunctions, manage machine shop materials, and recommend process improvements. The role requires safe work practices, reliable attendance, rotating shifts, physical stamina, and operation in a prototype and production shop environment.

Ensures prototype and production parts meet customer and quality requirements. Leads failure analysis, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, audits, supplier quality, APQP and PPAP readiness, FMEA and Control Plan development, process capability improvements, and prototype-to-production transitions. Collaborates with engineering, operations, purchasing, and suppliers to resolve non-conformances, improve manufacturing processes, verify quality data, and support production schedules.

Leads end-to-end electrical design and development of automotive battery management systems for high-voltage applications. Defines BMS architecture, designs circuits and PCBs, integrates microcontrollers and sensors, builds prototypes, and validates hardware performance and safety. Ensures compliance with ISO 26262 and IEC 62133, creates engineering documentation and safety analyses, troubleshoots hardware issues, and coordinates cross-functional and global design teams.
