Teams at American Bankers Association

Prepare complex general ledger reconciliations, monthly and annual financial statements for subsidiaries, support external audits and tax filings (federal, state, UBIT, excise), create journal entries, and provide analysis for audits and compliance. Partner with management and tax counsel on reporting and regulatory matters.

The Director will analyze emerging technologies in banking, manage venture investment processes, and produce research insights while supporting teams and delivering industry presentations.

Serve as the ABA's chief congressional advocate and spokesperson, leading a bipartisan lobbying team to develop and advance legislative priorities, coordinate grassroots and stakeholder strategies, oversee PAC fundraising, manage coalition efforts, and provide strategic policy direction and testimony support for banks and state associations.
