Supports strategic HR initiatives involving benefits research, employee engagement, learning and development programs, AI workforce enablement, and internship programming. Responsibilities include research, data analysis, benchmarking, communications, training coordination, reporting, materials development, and project administration. The intern collaborates with HR leaders and business partners to improve employee experience, workforce development, and organizational effectiveness.

Supports American Bankers Association workforce development programs through meeting administration, research, content creation, surveys, presentations, workshops, speaker identification, and member engagement. The intern will support Banker Open Committees, Women Lead programs, Workforce Excellence Exchanges, and related initiatives while collaborating with bankers and organizational stakeholders.

Legal intern supporting the Office of Innovation through research, policy analysis, and drafting white papers, FAQs, compliance guides, and presentations. The role contributes to policy positions involving artificial intelligence, data privacy, digital assets, and banking regulations; maintains public and member-facing resources; assists committees and working groups; and supports cross-organizational strategy execution.
