Lead development, management, and continuous improvement of ABA certification and practice exam products. Oversee vendor relationships, advisory board and SME engagement, psychometric quality assurance, exam lifecycle management, and AI-assisted item development. Drive program modernization, cross-functional collaboration, and go-to-market support for certification offerings.

Prepare complex general ledger reconciliations, monthly and annual financial statements for subsidiaries, support external audits and tax filings (federal, state, UBIT, excise), create journal entries, and provide analysis for audits and compliance. Partner with management and tax counsel on reporting and regulatory matters.

Produce high-volume short-form and instructional videos (15-20/week) for training and microlearning. Handle end-to-end production—scripting support, recording, editing, captioning, formatting—and collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and publishing team to ensure branded, accessible, and LMS-ready content.
