Teams at American Association for Justice

Direct and manage AAJ's continuing legal education (CLE) programs and Education department staff. Lead planning, budgeting, curriculum development, faculty recruitment, vendor relations, and evaluation. Serve as liaison to the NCA Board, implement learning technologies (e-learning, webinars, podcasts, livestreaming), assess member needs, oversee sponsorship/exhibitor opportunities, and collaborate with marketing and membership to recruit and retain members.

The Communications Coordinator will support media coverage and digital communications, assist with press inquiries, and collaborate on strategies for AAJ's legislative agenda.

The Policy Counsel conducts legal research and analysis, drafts advocacy materials, engages with members on policy priorities, and supports congressional interactions for justice access advocacy.
