Provides day-to-day HR partnership to leaders and employees, advising on employee relations, performance management, policies, investigations, corrective actions, and talent processes. Coaches leaders, supports onboarding, succession planning, engagement, reorganizations, and workforce initiatives. Maintains HR documentation and case records, ensures compliance with employment regulations, improves HR processes, and collaborates with Senior HR Business Partners and other HR functions.

Analyzes and evaluates complex commercial and real estate loan applications, reviews financial and credit information, recommends lending decisions, services assigned loan portfolios, conducts collateral inspections, supports customer relationships and business development, and participates in credit training and loan committee activities.
