Maintains data integrity in Salesforce and nCino, tracks compliance and financial trends, supports staff development, and collaborates across deal teams.

The Protein Analyst conducts agricultural research and data analysis focused on beef, protein, feed, and related markets. The role supports senior analysts in developing forecasts, market insights, reports, presentations, and customer-facing communications. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing agricultural data, contributing to research publications and conference materials, supporting internal decision-making, and engaging with customers and industry groups. The position requires knowledge of U.S. agriculture, statistical and analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and occasional travel.

Provides multi-channel customer support for digital banking, treasury management, payments, disbursements, and money movement products. Processes loan fund disbursements and payments, performs daily balancing, supports product onboarding, monitors case management workflows, identifies compliance and fraud concerns, and escalates issues as needed. Also assists with office operations, vendor coordination, facilities support, and special projects.
