Teams at American Academy

Greet and check in visitors and volunteers using Easy Lobby, manage daily attendance and messages, return voicemails within 24 business hours, assist the Office Manager and health room, support PTO and school requests, and maintain professional communication and school safety.

Provide classroom and administrative support to teachers, supervise carpool, lunchroom, and recess for student safety and behavior, model school values, communicate with staff and parents, and fill in for teachers as needed.
