Develops and evaluates membership engagement initiatives, maintains relationships with Academy members, supports local committees, and plans virtual, in-person, and hybrid events. Responsibilities include event content and logistics, executive remarks and correspondence, publications and website content, engagement tracking, data analysis, reporting, and member-service coordination. The role requires strong writing, relationship-building, project management, organizational, and CRM skills, along with occasional travel and evening work.
