The Account Manager drives donated-supply growth by securing high-volume donation accounts, locations, municipal opportunities, and charity partnerships. Responsibilities include prospecting, negotiating growth opportunities, expanding market presence, tracking results, assessing ROI, coordinating field operations, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires extensive travel, site visits, relationship management, compliance with driving and safety policies, and flexible scheduling.

Manage donation growth across assigned markets by securing high-volume donation accounts, locations, municipal opportunities, and charity partnerships. Develop and execute growth strategies, capture market share, assess opportunities, track activities, and maximize resource ROI. Collaborate with field operations on deployment and service setup while maintaining stakeholder relationships and regulatory compliance. The role requires extensive travel, site visits, driving, relationship development, prospecting, and sales planning.

Serves as a strategic HR partner to business and operational leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, investigations, performance management, compliance, talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, retention, and organizational change. Analyzes workforce trends and employee data, coaches leaders and HR Business Partners, supports management hiring, and develops people strategies aligned with business objectives. Requires approximately 50% travel across offices, stores, warehouses, and other company locations.
