Manage sales activities across Missouri and southeast/southern Illinois. Build long-term relationships with real estate and business professionals, meet clients face-to-face, identify and achieve sales goals, deliver presentations, maintain appointments and activity records, and travel daily throughout the assigned territory.

Design digital and print marketing materials, social media graphics, advertising assets, presentations, and event collateral while maintaining brand consistency. Support website and landing-page creation through CMS updates, wireframes, layouts, calls to action, and content changes. Collaborate with Marketing and IT on user experience, mobile responsiveness, SEO, lead generation, and website enhancements. Prepare files for digital and print production and assist with photography, video, and motion graphics projects.

Manages sales activities throughout Northern Virginia, develops relationships with real estate and business professionals, presents to groups, meets sales goals, and maintains appointments and daily activity records. The role is home-based with daily travel throughout the assigned territory and includes a base salary, bonus, uncapped commission, car allowance, and gas reimbursement.
