Lead setup, configuration, and ongoing management of cellular backhaul, in-home Wi‑Fi, and EMS/BAS devices across multiple sites. Coordinate vendors, support HVAC controls and Yardi integration, monitor network performance, troubleshoot offline devices, deliver technical training, and support testing, rollout, and operation of multisite EMS solutions for military housing.

Support engineering team on energy efficiency projects: analyze utility data, perform audits and calculations, identify/implement ECMs (lighting, HVAC, controls, VFDs), assist with controls installs, and help with on-site generation and recovery services.

Lead and grow a remote renewable energy engineering team, acting as technical owner for solar PV, BESS, microgrid, and EV charging projects. Partner with sales on technical strategy and proposals, oversee advanced energy and dispatch modeling, utility interconnection, vendor escalation, financial review, construction support, commissioning, and process improvement. Mentor engineers, allocate resources, and travel up to 25% for site visits and customer meetings.
