Coordinates ABA program operations, including insurance authorizations, intake, records, coverage verification, scheduling, caregiver tours, and customer service. Provides one-to-one ABA implementation under BCBA-designed plans when needed, while collecting clinical data and maintaining notes. Requires active RBT and CPR/BLS certifications, ABA knowledge, authorization-process familiarity, and strong customer service skills.

Source, attract, screen, and hire qualified therapy, ABA, nursing, and administrative professionals. Develop recruitment strategies, use job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, coordinate interviews, maintain candidate pipelines, manage candidate communication, and partner with hiring managers on staffing needs and job descriptions.

Provides direct ABA therapy and supports clinical assessments, behavior intervention plans, data analysis, treatment programming, staff training, parent collaboration, and documentation under BCBA supervision. The role is intended for graduate students accruing supervised fieldwork hours toward BCBA certification in a pediatric clinic serving children with autism and developmental disabilities. Local travel may be required for supervision, training, community services, or client support.
