Provide supervised direct ABA therapy, assist BCBAs with assessments, program development, staff training, and parent collaboration while accruing supervised fieldwork hours toward BCBA certification.

Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision: collect data, implement skill-acquisition programs and BIPs, assist with assessments, cross-train on clients, maintain documentation, participate in supervision and team meetings, and prepare for increased clinical leadership.

Provide ABA-based clinical support and direct therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. Assist with assessments, supervise staff, implement behavior-reduction protocols, run parent trainings, review client data, and support cross-training.
