Build and optimize production-grade agentic AI workflows for English language learning. Develop Python and Go services using LLM frameworks, operationalize AI research, implement observability and evaluation systems, manage Azure and AWS resources, and maintain CI/CD, Docker, and scalable production deployments. Collaborate with AI R&D to deliver conversation and speech assessment engines while ensuring testing, monitoring, quality, and regression detection.

Leads software system design and implementation, establishes technical standards, guides architecture and integration decisions, codes critical components, reviews and optimizes code, mentors developers, and oversees testing and CI/CD. The role drives scalable, secure, maintainable solutions, facilitates cross-functional technical decisions, supports delivery, and promotes continuous technical improvement. Requires extensive full-stack experience across backend, frontend, cloud, distributed systems, DevOps, and software architecture.

Lead infrastructure and reliability architecture across a large technology estate. Define AWS cloud, ECS/Fargate, Terraform, CI/CD, networking, observability, resilience, security, and modernization standards. Establish reference architectures, reusable patterns, migration strategies, SLOs, disaster recovery approaches, and production-readiness practices. Influence multiple engineering teams, validate architectural decisions through prototypes, collaborate with enterprise and security architects, and mentor senior technical staff in this hands-on principal individual contributor role.
