The Process Tech assists in bottle setup, troubleshooting, maintenance of blow mold tooling, and trains operators. They ensure quality and efficiency in production processes.

Serves as the primary customer contact, processing orders, monitoring production and shipments, coordinating inventory and delivery issues, maintaining customer accounts, and providing required documentation. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product Data, manufacturing, and other teams to resolve escalations, manage non-conformances, support customer expectations, and improve processes. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, organization, initiative, and basic Microsoft Office skills.

Drives commercial growth for selected customers and projects by analyzing account and SKU-level financial results, identifying targets, developing customer value propositions, supporting bids and RFPs, and aligning cross-functional teams. Partners with sales and marketing leadership across geographies, engages customers on technical solutions, monitors strategic investments, and supports business plans. Requires strong business and financial acumen, packaging and commercial experience, CPG partnership experience, and approximately 25% domestic travel.
