Lead commercial strategy for defined Amcor Flexibles North America markets, owning P&L, pricing, portfolio management and R&D prioritization. Drive revenue and margin, negotiate with major customers, align cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Operations), mentor direct reports, and deliver sustained profit and growth.

Perform and oversee quality lab testing, analyze QA data and trends, support audits and customer complaints, implement corrective actions, maintain calibration and equipment, coach operations on quality expectations, participate in continuous improvement, and back up the Quality Manager as needed.

Lead plant quality authority developing, implementing, and improving the quality management system. Supervise inspectors, manage internal and supplier audits, handle vendor claims, liaise with customers and external auditors, troubleshoot chromatographic issues, apply SPC, maintain ISO certifications, and support OHSE and continuous improvement. Travel domestically and internationally as required.
