Lead plant financial operations and controllership, ensuring US GAAP and SOX compliance. Own plant P&L, inventory, forecasts, and financial reporting. Provide analysis, train leadership on financial acumen, drive commercial excellence, and support strategic decision-making across the site and business unit.

Supports and enhances global R&D product and specification applications. Translates business requirements into solution designs, configures systems, develops testing plans, coordinates implementations, troubleshoots incidents through ServiceNow, maintains documentation, and provides user training. The role also manages small to medium enhancements and projects, supports data conversion and validation, and collaborates with global IT and business stakeholders. Travel may comprise 5–10% of the role.

Two-year rotational engineering program for new graduates, combining mentorship, technical training, and hands-on manufacturing experience. Participants support process improvement, Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, data analysis, root-cause investigations, capital projects, equipment installation, commissioning, validation, and operational optimization. The program develops manufacturing, engineering, troubleshooting, leadership, and project-management skills, with potential transition into a full-time engineering role after completion.
