Support account directors by managing booked business, building agency relationships, preparing order letters, entering sales plans into WideOrbit, sending traffic instructions, maintaining outlists and cut-off times, resolving discrepancies, and processing allocations and move requests.

The Coordinator will manage scheduling, maintain network schedules and metadata, monitor series listings, and assist in programming presentations. Must be detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills.

Serve as the primary HR lead for the Bethpage site, handling employee relations, onboarding, lifecycle transactions, HRIS data integrity, reporting, policy compliance, and site HR communications. Partner with HR Director and COEs to resolve issues, conduct investigations, and support managers and employees to deliver a positive employee experience.
