Staff Accountant responsible for accounting across real estate projects: prepare/post journal entries, support month/quarter-end close, reconcile ledgers and capital accounts, prepare financial statements and investor reports, manage cash and payments, support A/P and A/R, assist audits and tax, ensure GAAP compliance, and identify process improvements. Works onsite in Indianapolis.

Manage accounting for real estate projects from inception to completion, including journal entries, month/quarter close, job cost tracking, construction draws, cash management, AP/AR support, audit and tax preparation, financial reporting, budgeting, and process improvements while partnering with asset and property management teams.

Manage land acquisition, entitlement, predevelopment, design, and construction of industrial and logistics projects. Oversee consultants and contractors, create budgets and schedules, mitigate risks, support RFP/lease processes, and assist with due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions.
