Own Workday Financials as AMBOSS’s senior technical expert, including tenant configuration, security, financial data modeling, integrations, reporting, testing, support, releases, and documentation. Take the platform in-house after implementation, advise Finance and Accounting, resolve root causes, and support future expansions such as HCM, treasury, VAT reporting, and payroll. Ensure reliable integrations and Workday operations through monthly and year-end closes, audits, and statutory reporting.

Own Workday Financials as the technical system owner, including configuration, financial business processes, security, reporting, integrations, support, testing, releases, and documentation. Transition the tenant from the implementation partner, support Finance and Accounting, build and maintain integrations, and advise on future expansions such as HCM, treasury, VAT reporting, and payroll. Ensure reliable month-end and year-end close processes, audit readiness, and end-to-end system performance across multiple entities.

Manage day-to-day People Operations across the employee lifecycle for AMBOSS’s international team in Berlin. Responsibilities include employee support through Zendesk, preparing contracts and certificates, coordinating international payroll, maintaining HRIS data, ensuring compliance, improving workflows, using AI and automation, and contributing to strategic People projects. The role requires German labor law knowledge, advanced German communication skills, confidentiality, attention to detail, and a proactive, service-oriented approach.
