Own product and suite-level positioning, messaging, launch governance, competitive intelligence, battlecards, and product-associated campaigns for the Chorus platform. Gather market and field insights from sales, CRM, account management, and customer conversations, then feed those insights into product and messaging strategy. Coordinate with Product, Sales Enablement, Comms, Growth, and Events while supporting additional products and care settings as the platform expands.

Own Ambience Healthcare’s account-based marketing motion by designing targeted campaigns for hospital and health-system accounts, partnering with Sales, coordinating cross-functional activation, and measuring account and pipeline impact. Establish a repeatable ABM operating rhythm through CRM and marketing-platform data, reporting, and continuous campaign iteration.

Own Ambience’s governance, risk, and compliance program, including SOC 2 audits, PHI governance, vendor and AI-model risk assessments, security control investigations, policy development, risk remediation, customer security questionnaires, and trust portal maintenance. The role partners closely with engineering, legal, finance, auditors, and customers while helping establish AI governance practices such as ISO 42001.
