The role involves collaborating with the President to perform analytical and strategic work that informs partnerships and market expansion. Responsibilities include developing financial models, conducting competitive analyses, and producing high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines.

The Chief of Staff will support the President in driving strategic initiatives, cross-functional projects, and decision-making for Ambience Healthcare, focusing on critical problem-solving and collaboration with senior executives.

Lead and build Ambience's accounting function: own monthly close, US GAAP financial statements, external audit, internal controls, tax compliance, treasury, accounting policy (ASC 606/842), systems implementation, and a growing accounting team while partnering with finance, legal, and operations to support scale.
