Teams at Ambi Robotics

Partners with sales, engineering, vendors, and customers to define warehouse robotics solutions. Leads technical discovery, site visits, system design, ROI modeling, proposals, test plans, and executive presentations. Supports solution scoping, WCS/WMS integrations, statements of work, MSA negotiations, implementation planning, and post-sale technical advising while feeding customer insights to Product.

Own product management for robotic automation systems, including deployment scoping, system layouts, pricing, requirements, customer integrations, and feature prioritization. Partner with Sales, Engineering, and customers to translate operational needs into effective hardware and software solutions. Create product documentation, presentations, dashboards, and reports using Grafana and Python. Manage sustaining product needs, support issues, feature requests, WMS integration plans, and system performance improvements.

Develop, test, and deploy core robotics libraries and runtime application software across the robotics stack to improve warehouse operations. Work with the software team and CTO, own design through implementation and testing, and act as tech lead on projects.
