Seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to manage and grow complex, long-term customer accounts with C-suite relationships, focusing on capital equipment and automation solutions within the e-commerce logistics sector.

Apply warehouse robotics to customer environments: gather requirements through site visits, analyze application data, design customer-specific solutions, write statements of work, and support early deployments with communications and testing alongside Product, Sales, and Engineering.

Test AI-powered warehouse robots, analyze results, validate product functionality, design new tests, and create documentation. Collaborate closely with the Software team and CTO to improve robot quality and warehouse operations. The role is part-time, requires strong communication, attention to detail, accountability, and occasional physical effort including moving 50-pound boxes.
