Manage and coordinate daily clinic operations across multiple sites, support supervisors and nurse managers, drive process improvement and regulatory compliance (RHC, OSHA), oversee staffing and budgets, lead meetings and reporting, and promote staff development and quality of care.

Provide psychiatric services to adult and geriatric patients including assessment, DSM-based diagnosis, individualized treatment planning, psychotherapy (individual, group, family), medication management, crisis response, documentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, consultation, and participation in treatment team meetings. Maintain licensure, certifications, and compliance with federal, state, and hospital regulations; supervise and document physician supervision as required and prescribe psychotropic medications per state regulations and collaborative practice agreements.

Perform document imaging, retrieval, scanning, quality control, and release of information tasks for patient records under HIM management. Ensure accurate patient identifiers, compliance with confidentiality rules, and follow Amberwell procedures while working independently or on a team.
