Lead school culture, academic achievement, student behavior, attendance, and daily operations in partnership with the principal. Supervise and develop instructional staff through coaching, evaluations, professional development, data analysis, and instructional support. Coordinate special education referrals, interventions, staffing coverage, family engagement, reporting, and school initiatives. Ensure a safe, equitable, inclusive learning environment and assume responsibility for school operations when the principal is absent.

Provides administrative and operational support across human resources and talent functions. Manages HR and careers inboxes, screens applicants, coordinates interviews, maintains applicant tracking records, guides candidates through compliance and onboarding, supports timekeeping and payroll preparation, and maintains confidential employee records. The role also assists with HR compliance, reporting, employment verification, recruitment events, and employee inquiries while working onsite at rotating school locations.

Provides first-line help desk support for hardware, software, classroom technology, printers, network systems, and digital platforms across three schools. Manages inventory, repairs, employee and student onboarding, computer-based testing preparation, vendor coordination, network troubleshooting, and performance evaluation. Supports student information systems through data entry, administration, compliance checks, audits, and system upgrades. Also trains staff and families, supports classroom technology implementation, and contributes to organizational technology planning.
