Supports the design, coordination, and facilitation of soft-skills training for supervisors and middle managers. Responsibilities include identifying development needs, researching learning practices, creating training materials, organizing sessions, tracking participation and feedback, evaluating effectiveness, and improving a Supervisor Development Program. The intern will progressively develop facilitation, leadership development, content creation, communication, and organizational skills while collaborating with Operations and People/HR stakeholders.

Supports process improvement across Shared Services by mapping workflows, documenting procedures, analyzing resource use, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending simplification, standardization, or automation. Collaborates with process owners to clarify responsibilities and dependencies, develop SOPs, track efficiency indicators, test improvements, and communicate practical recommendations. The role provides hands-on exposure to operational excellence, continuous improvement, business analysis, and shared services operations.

Create and implement real-time VFX assets for AAA and high-end game projects using a custom engine and Unreal Engine Niagara. Collaborate with art leads and clients across stylized and realistic visual styles, iterate based on feedback, and contribute to quality reviews within a structured production pipeline.
