Support the design, coordination, and facilitation of soft-skills training for supervisors and middle managers. Responsibilities include identifying development needs, researching leadership and adult-learning practices, creating training materials, organizing workshops, tracking participation and feedback, evaluating effectiveness, and improving learning programs. The intern will help establish a structured Supervisor Development Program while developing facilitation, communication, content creation, and organizational skills.

Executes scripted and unscripted software tests, performs regression and ad-hoc testing, identifies and reproduces defects, and documents issues according to project standards. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams and other testers, evaluates technical specifications, provides feature feedback, designs test scenarios, and communicates project matters clearly and promptly.

Tests game art tools, asset pipelines, rendering systems, shaders, lighting, prefabs, and performance across mobile and PC platforms. Performs manual, exploratory, integration, regression, and stress testing; validates asset imports, presets, LODs, metadata, and visual fidelity. Documents issues in JIRA, maintains test plans, profiles performance, and collaborates with technical artists, engineers, and designers to resolve quality and integration problems.
