Promotes memberships and retail products, welcomes guests, answers phones, books appointments, maintains guest records, supports studio administration, prepares treatment records, participates in promotional events, and keeps public areas organized and clean. The role provides customer service, addresses guest needs, supports member retention, and maintains service standards while working flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Promotes and sells memberships and retail products, supports member retention through outbound calls and texts, welcomes guests, answers phones, schedules appointments, handles administrative data entry, supports promotional events, and maintains clean, organized studio areas.

Assists the Studio Director with daily studio and front-desk operations, customer service, membership and retail sales, staff training, scheduling, inventory management, team motivation, and maintaining a clean, welcoming studio. The role requires leadership, sales coaching, problem-solving, organization, open availability, and occasional travel between Dallas-area locations.
