Lead the MIS team to develop and maintain information systems, manage projects, implement user requirements, and improve business processes.

Manage full-cycle recruiting and HR support: create and post job descriptions, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate pre-employment checks and offers, onboard new hires, maintain employee records, support employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR projects to improve processes.

Manage and coordinate AMAX program development and operations for electronics hardware manufacturing. Own customer projects, lead cross-functional teams, plan schedules, monitor production and quality, mitigate risks, produce stakeholder reports, support supply chain and testing, and ensure customer satisfaction while collaborating with sales, engineering, finance, and global teams.
