Manage end-to-end customer order fulfillment from receipt through shipment, addressing material shortages, supply risks, production bottlenecks, and logistics constraints. Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and protect delivery commitments. Develop operational quotes, CAPEX proposals, capacity analyses, business cases, dashboards, presentations, and recovery plans while driving KPI-based process improvements.

Receive, verify, store, pick, package, label, and ship goods while maintaining accurate inventory records. Process production and return-to-vendor transactions, support physical inventory counts, operate material-handling equipment safely, and maintain warehouse cleanliness. Responsibilities also include recycling or disposing of materials according to regulations, assisting with deliveries, and completing other logistics tasks. The role requires basic computer skills, proficiency with Word and Excel, physical ability to lift 40 pounds, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Analyzes financial data, credit reports, and customer accounts to assess creditworthiness, recommend credit limits and terms, monitor risk and delinquency, resolve credit issues, and prepare management reports. Collaborates with sales and accounting teams to improve credit processes and mitigate risk.
