The Hardware Solutions Engineer designs and supports customized server and infrastructure solutions for AI and HPC environments, ensuring performance and reliability.

Lead a global MIS/SAP team to design, implement, and optimize ERP/MIS solutions. Translate user requirements into database and application designs, manage projects and vendors, resolve support issues, drive process improvements, enable training, and recommend automation or emerging technologies to improve business processes and performance metrics.

Manage the full contract lifecycle for customer, supplier, and vendor agreements including drafting, review, negotiation, execution, renewals, and archiving. Coordinate approvals with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Legal, track key contract milestones, maintain a contract repository, identify and escalate risks, support onboarding and RFQs/RFPs, and generate contract metrics and audit documentation.
