Lead underwriting strategy and credit decisioning for micro-lending portfolios. Develop and improve credit policies, scorecards, risk segmentation, decision engines, verification standards, and approval strategies. Monitor portfolio performance, manage fraud risk, and balance growth with credit quality. Partner with Product, Data, Technology, and Operations to build scalable underwriting capabilities while leading and developing a team of analysts.

Supports the Regional People Partner team with recruitment administration, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, job posting management, and background and reference checks. The intern will assist with talent pipeline development, shadow recruitment screens and intake meetings, and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers while gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR operations.

Leads high-volume recruitment for field employees across North Sumatera, building talent pipelines, managing end-to-end hiring and onboarding, and tracking recruitment progress. The role also supports employee relations, HR administration, labor-law compliance, manager guidance, and People & Culture initiatives while partnering with regional and branch leaders in a highly mobile field environment.
