The Regional People Partner (HR) will connect HR with branch operations, manage employee relations, and implement People programs. This role emphasizes field interaction and leadership in a dynamic environment.

Lead design and delivery of contact center and CRM solutions to improve customer experience. Build integrations, automations, and optimize telephony, ticketing, chatbot, and help center systems. Mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement and operational targets.

This role involves developing client relationships, acquiring new lenders, and educating them about financial products, aiming to meet funding targets.
