Support community programs across online and offline channels, manage WhatsApp communities, coordinate content, engage members, track growth and performance, and provide basic troubleshooting. The intern will collaborate with creative and field teams, coordinate stakeholders, and travel weekly outside the city to support community activations and operational activities.

Supports the Talent Acquisition team by sourcing candidates, developing talent pipelines, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, managing job postings in the ATS and career platforms, and assisting with background and reference checks. The intern will also shadow recruitment screens and intake meetings while gaining practical recruitment experience.

Lead development and optimization of credit risk policies, monitor and analyze loan portfolio performance, collaborate with data and operations teams to balance growth and asset quality, propose risk mitigations, support credit forecasting and provisioning, and present actionable insights to senior management.
