Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash reconciliation, payroll processing, guest billing support, vendor communication, monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and assist Controller with month-end close while maintaining organized records and supporting property teams.

Oversee the hotel's engineering department, manage and develop engineering staff, maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire safety systems, implement preventative maintenance and energy-saving measures, manage budgets and procurement, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and respond to guest maintenance requests.
