Supports the Credit Legal team by reviewing and validating credit and collateral documentation, drafting credit and collateral agreements, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, Bank Indonesia and OJK regulations, and internal policies. Provides legal opinions, coordinates with business units, credit operations, notaries, and other stakeholders, and helps minimize legal risks during credit and collateral binding processes.

Supports monthly financial closing, financial statement preparation, regulatory and management reporting, accounting policy compliance, and analysis of company financial figures. The role coordinates with internal teams, auditors, shareholders, and banking regulators, while ensuring accurate transaction recording and adherence to accounting standards and OJK regulations.

Drives corporate lending growth by acquiring new debtors, meeting lending and revenue targets, developing commercial business plans, preparing credit proposals, and recommending suitable loan structures. Manages and strengthens existing client relationships, maintains portfolio quality, and collaborates with internal stakeholders. The role requires banking, lending, or credit experience, a corporate client network, strong communication skills, integrity, and the ability to manage performance targets under pressure.
