Supports daily branch administration and operations, including data entry, document checking, customer service activities, and other administrative tasks. Helps ensure smooth branch functioning while assisting the team with operational needs.

Leads sales operations by managing workforce planning, training, governance, SOPs, performance and cost controls, lead distribution, quality monitoring, systems requirements, process automation, data integrity, incentives, and executive reporting. The role manages cross-functional stakeholders and drives organizational transformation and continuous improvement within banking, fintech, or consumer lending environments.
