Builds reusable, data-driven gameplay templates, HTML5 builds, automation workflows, asset and level generation tools, and technical QA processes. Explores Unity and web-based frameworks, optimizes performance and build size, integrates lifecycle, CTA, analytics, and ad-network events, and leads technical exploration, code reviews, documentation, and mentoring.

Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces and game assets for mobile games. Collaborate with developers and product owners to create cohesive player experiences, research mobile gaming UI/UX trends, and improve usability and aesthetics. Optionally support marketing with icons and screenshots. The role requires independent research, creative collaboration, adaptability across multiple games, effective communication, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.

Leads HRBP and People Operations teams while translating people strategy into scalable systems and practices. Oversees organizational development, learning and career frameworks, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and change initiatives. Partners with business leaders, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Learning stakeholders to support workforce planning, compliance, culture, and organizational effectiveness. Develops team capability and drives continuous improvement across core people processes.
