Own manual game quality control across multiple products and platforms. Develop test plans, test cases, regression suites, quality gates, release checklists, and reports. Test game functionality, graphics, logic, design, and content; identify and track bugs; assess quality risks; and provide release sign-off. Improve testing processes, manage workload and priorities, and apply AI to generate test cases and analyze defects.

Creates high-quality multimedia assets, including video and motion graphics, for performance marketing campaigns. Trains junior designers, develops AI-assisted production workflows, and improves high-volume creative operations. Collaborates with User Acquisition and creative teams to deliver visually consistent, data-informed advertising assets. Uses metrics such as IPM, CPI, CVR, and CTR to optimize creatives and manage iterative production cycles.

Owns full-cycle recruitment across creative, technical, product, live operations, user acquisition, and publishing roles. Partners with hiring managers, sources talent in Vietnam’s technology and gaming markets, supports employer branding, manages recruitment vendors, coordinates internal culture and engagement events, and uses hiring metrics to improve processes. The role requires bilingual Vietnamese and English communication, strong organization, proactive relationship management, and experience recruiting across technical and non-technical positions.
