Leads the People team and oversees HRBP and People Operations functions. Drives organizational design, workforce planning, learning and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, career frameworks, talent reviews, succession planning, change management, and people systems. Partners with business leaders, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and L&D to implement scalable, compliant people strategies and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.

Execute the product roadmap for internal UI Toolkit and Artstyle Engine platforms. Manage backlogs, priorities, sprint planning, requirements, user stories, documentation, stakeholder communication, feature rollout, onboarding, adoption, and acceptance validation. Partner with Designers, Artists, Product teams, and the Product Lead to coordinate delivery, identify risks, resolve usability gaps, and maintain clear standards and workflows.

Secure and improve reliability across multi-cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, internal platforms, and AI workloads. Responsibilities include identifying and remediating vulnerabilities, implementing secret detection and policy gates, strengthening IAM and RBAC controls, deploying cloud and container security tooling, supporting incident handling, and developing security dashboards and documentation. The role requires collaboration across TechOps, SRE, and engineering teams.
