Design, build, and implement AI assistants, voice solutions, and scalable automation workflows. Consult with clients to map processes, create integrations via APIs/webhooks, develop endpoint automation and scripts, ensure data reliability and testing, and produce clear documentation and reusable templates.

Provide Tier II support and escalation for MSP clients: troubleshoot servers, desktops, networks, virtualization, backups, and security; maintain documentation; perform proactive monitoring and after-hours on-call support; advise clients and resolve complex technical issues.

Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and emails, research prospects, gather information, and maintain CRM records. Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach, create runbooks and marketing touchpoints, build relationships with prospects, and meet lead generation targets to drive meetings for outside sales reps.
