Coordinate annual, mandatory, and departmental training programs for Janu Tokyo. Prepare learning materials, service standards, equipment, attendance records, evaluations, certifications, and individual growth plans. Communicate development needs to department leaders, support colleague development, improve training delivery, and ensure accurate records and smooth handovers while promoting service quality.

Audits hotel revenue, reconciles payment and sales records, investigates discrepancies, prepares revenue reports, and supports financial closing and audits. Monitors budgets, costs, invoices, forecasts, and variances while ensuring compliance with financial controls. Collaborates with hotel operations, procurement, project management, and finance teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain accurate financial reporting.

Leads Amanzoe’s financial operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, controls, taxation compliance, cash flow, contracts, and financial performance. Partners with the General Manager and executive team on strategic decisions, revenue optimization, cost efficiency, and capital investments. Oversees financial statements and reconciliations while developing the Finance team and supporting operational excellence across the luxury resort.
