Lead hotel finance and accounting functions including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow, capex, audits, internal controls, and compliance. Provide financial strategy, insights to leadership, cost control collaboration, and represent the hotel to auditors, banks, and regulators.

Lead design, maintenance, and improvement of resort landscaping and nursery; manage hurricane preparedness, pest control, wastewater systems, and lift stations; supervise, train, and discipline villa and resort landscaping teams; maintain records, inventories, and testing; develop supplier and consultant relationships; implement sustainability and technical innovations; offer guest nursery tours.

Manage guest reservations across phone, email, and booking systems; confirm bookings, process amendments/cancellations, update guest history, coordinate flight/transfer details with internal teams and external partners, produce occupancy reports, promote upsells, and collaborate with sales, airport, and central reservations to optimize occupancy and guest experience.
