Perform daily income audit and revenue reconciliations using Opera PMS and SunSystems; record and analyze cost and revenue transactions; maintain general ledger, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations; support month‑end/year‑end close, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and financial reporting in a hospitality environment.

Manage guest reservations and inquiries across phone, email, and online channels. Provide accurate information on room types, rates, packages and hotel facilities. Maintain and confirm reservation records, coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, and other departments for smooth arrivals, resolve guest concerns, and upsell services to maximize revenue while delivering professional, detail-oriented customer service.

The Reservations Officer manages bookings and inquiries, ensures accurate records, handles guest communication and complaints, and contributes to revenue through upselling.
