Leads globally distributed Test Systems Operations teams, ensuring system availability, stability, usability, service continuity, and agreed service levels. Oversees incident, problem, change, monitoring, recovery, and business continuity processes within a 24/5 follow-the-sun model. Drives automation, governance, process improvement, operational efficiency, and transformational initiatives while developing team capabilities and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.

Analyzes business requirements and designs functional solutions for airline delivery management systems. Produces feasibility studies, solution documents, interface specifications, product documentation, and test plans. Collaborates with product, project, technical, and customer stakeholders to ensure compatibility, traceability, system integrity, and successful implementation. Investigates production incidents and participates in Agile and SAFe ceremonies.

Manage, deploy, maintain and optimize MariaDB/MySQL clusters for high-availability, multi-terabyte workloads. Ensure backups, recovery, security (PCI DSS), performance tuning, incident investigation and 24x7 operational support. Automate database operations using Ansible, Python and shell, collaborate with system engineers and DB development teams.
