Leads the Bangalore Datastores and Streaming team, overseeing global database and streaming operations across SQL, NoSQL, and Kafka technologies. Owns Elasticsearch and Microsoft SQL Server, drives cloud automation, database architecture, disaster recovery, replication, performance, availability, standards, and cost optimization. Partners with engineering and product teams to resolve critical issues, supports AI initiatives, and provides technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance.

Own a portfolio of strategic travel seller accounts, driving revenue growth, retention, renewals, new business, upselling, and cross-selling. Lead complex sales cycles, negotiations, forecasting, and account strategy while building C-suite relationships. Coordinate Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Pre-sales, and regional teams to deliver customer and commercial outcomes. Provide market insight and represent Amadeus with customers and industry stakeholders.
