Provide employment law support to HR teams: advise on individual and collective labour matters, assist with disciplinary procedures and terminations, prepare legal notes, monitor French labour law developments, support collective bargaining and HR/legal projects, and draft internal guidance and presentations.

Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions across the end-to-end lifecycle. Develop models (DL/NLP), create data pipelines, optimize model performance, implement MLOps/CI-CD, troubleshoot production issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor engineers in an Agile/SAFe environment.

Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for cloud applications. Define UAT strategy, develop test scripts, schedule sessions, manage defect triage and tracking, communicate progress to stakeholders, and obtain final sign-off for deployment readiness.
