Supports the Commercial Property Management team with office administration, tenant and lease record maintenance, Yardi data entry, accounts receivable follow-up, purchase orders, invoice processing, and tenant or vendor inquiries. The internship provides hands-on experience supporting a commercial and industrial real estate portfolio while developing organizational, communication, analytical, and customer service skills.

Creates and manages original photo, video, written, web, email, and social media content for hospitality and real estate brands. Responsibilities include content planning, website updates, email campaigns, copywriting, social scheduling, paid digital advertising, performance analytics, proofreading, trend monitoring, and marketing design support. The role also uses AI tools and requires collaboration with marketing teams, with occasional travel to construction sites and other offices.

Provides administrative and coordination support to commercial facilities maintenance and tenant improvements. Responsibilities include processing purchase orders and invoices, coordinating work orders through Yardi, maintaining vendor and contractor documentation, supporting construction schedules and capital budgets, responding to tenant inquiries, and assisting with building operations, access control, parking, and HVAC-related tasks. The role is onsite in Vancouver and requires strong organization, communication, customer service, and administrative skills.
