Lead and manage network engineering teams while overseeing secure, scalable, and highly available LAN, WAN, wireless, cloud, and hybrid environments. Provide tier 3 technical escalation, manage network projects and resources, communicate risks and performance to stakeholders, support architecture and cybersecurity initiatives, maintain capacity forecasts and reporting, and drive automation and continuous improvement.

Conduct cyber risk assessments, security control testing, compliance assurance, third-party risk reviews, audits, and resilience governance. Monitor alignment with NIS2, GDPR, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and related standards; track remediation, control maturity, and risk metrics. Collaborate with security, technology, and business stakeholders, manage cybersecurity policies and procedures, and support continuous improvement across governance and assurance processes.

Lead and mentor a small customer-embedded DevOps team while remaining hands-on with AWS infrastructure, Terraform, deployment pipelines, and operational tasks. Design and maintain cloud infrastructure, improve automation, monitoring, security, and disaster recovery, and collaborate with technical stakeholders on requirements, deployments, risks, and recommendations. Drive continuous improvement across DevOps processes, tooling, and infrastructure efficiency.
