Design and implement aviation technology solutions using Altea, PSS, Nevio, PNR offer order platforms, and Amadeus integrations. Translate business requirements into scalable architectures, lead integration and implementation roadmaps, provide technical guidance, document solutions, and optimize cloud, data, and AI capabilities. The role is customer-facing, hybrid in West London two days per week, and involves occasional travel.

Lead product direction and strategy for the AMOS aviation maintenance platform. Translate operational and business requirements into prioritized technology work, roadmap decisions, and sequencing across platform operations, integrations, data, and product teams. Partner with technical teams, delivery teams, and senior business stakeholders to manage dependencies, guide prioritization, and deliver alignment across complex aviation programs. The role requires deep AMOS administration, integration, data-flow, and aviation-domain expertise.

Leads the design and evolution of a strategic cloud platform. Responsibilities include AWS infrastructure development with Terraform, CI/CD and GitHub workflow management, infrastructure automation, cloud security, compliance, cost optimization, observability, troubleshooting, capacity planning, scalability, and disaster recovery. The role combines hands-on technical delivery with stakeholder collaboration, customer guidance, architecture definition, and future engineering team leadership.
