Manages Alzheimer's Association community programs across Southeast Appalachian Ohio by recruiting, coaching, and activating volunteers; cultivating community partnerships; expanding outreach to underserved and rural communities; and executing data-informed impact plans. The role oversees program delivery, agreements, budgets, grants, timelines, and volunteer performance while collaborating cross-functionally to advance awareness, education, support, fundraising, and advocacy.

Leads Alzheimer’s Association community programs by recruiting, coaching, and mobilizing volunteers; building partnerships, especially in underserved and rural communities; executing data-informed impact plans; managing budgets, grants, timelines, and agreements; and collaborating cross-functionally to expand awareness, education, support, fundraising, and advocacy. The role supervises staff while remaining hands-on with program delivery and requires extensive territory travel, occasional evenings, and weekends.
