Teams at Alzheimer Society

Serve as an ambassador to build community relationships, recruit and mobilize volunteers, develop partnerships, deliver dementia education and immersive workshops, coordinate the Dementia Friendly Communities program, monitor program outcomes, and travel across a four-county region to promote inclusion and awareness for people living with dementia.
