Provides overnight home-care staffing and operational coordination, responding to caregiver callouts, schedule changes, client concerns, and urgent coverage needs. Secures replacement staff, communicates with caregivers, clients, families, and internal teams, documents incidents and staffing activity, monitors scheduled cases, escalates issues, and ensures accurate handoff to daytime coordination staff. Requires independent decision-making, prompt responsiveness, and active engagement throughout overnight shifts.

Manages full-cycle recruitment for nursing and healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, background checks, onboarding, and candidate communication. Partners with clinical leaders to understand staffing needs, builds candidate pipelines, tracks recruiting metrics, and ensures accurate documentation and compliance. Develops sourcing strategies through job boards, schools, healthcare networks, referrals, recruitment events, and community outreach while supporting hiring across multiple office locations.

Lead clinical recruitment for nurses and therapists by developing strategy, managing a team, sourcing candidates, overseeing selection and compliance, tracking metrics, coordinating with clinical leaders and HR, and managing recruitment budget and retention efforts.
