Oversee analytical method transfers and validation documentation within pharmaceutical quality control. Lead protocol, gap analysis, implementation plans, change controls, CAPAs, document updates, health authority responses, partner and CMO requests, inspections, and cross-functional projects. Provide technical training, maintain project metrics, ensure timely completion of QC activities, and communicate critical information to stakeholders while complying with EHS policies.

Leads Iceland’s warehousing organization, setting operational strategy and governance for safe, compliant, efficient operations. Owns budgeting, cost control, productivity, waste reduction, and resource optimization. Ensures regulatory compliance, inspection readiness, and SOP execution. Develops managers and teams through hiring, capability building, succession, and performance management. Partners cross-functionally with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, EHS, and IT to resolve constraints, manage escalations, and deliver improvements.

Reviews and approves pharmaceutical or biotech batch records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with cGMP regulations and internal SOPs. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and participates in audits and inspections. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical ability, communication skills, and a scientific background.
