Teach undergraduate early childhood education courses in online, hybrid, and face-to-face formats; design and improve accessible online courses; align curriculum with Pennsylvania Department of Education standards; mentor and advise students; support assessment, accreditation, program review, and program development; and collaborate with faculty and instructional designers on innovative teaching practices.

Directs career development services for students and alumni by providing career coaching, managing internships, coordinating employer and networking events, building campus and employer relationships, and promoting professional development opportunities. The role administers Handshake, oversees job and internship postings, analyzes recruitment outcomes, develops reports and marketing materials, and supports career-related communications and programs.

Provides administrative and programmatic support for campus ministry, including organizing events, pilgrimages, spiritual programming, service projects, scheduling, documentation, and social media updates. Helps promote Catholic identity and Franciscan values, supports students’ faith journeys, leads reflection sessions, and coordinates volunteer opportunities. Requires full-time graduate enrollment, a minimum 3.2 GPA, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, and university media tools.
