Manages academic and health compliance operations for internships, clinical experiences, and fieldwork. Administers affiliation agreements, student requirements, compliance tracking systems, documentation, reports, deadlines, and audit preparation. Serves as a liaison among students, faculty, departments, institutional offices, and external partners; communicates requirements, identifies gaps and risks, resolves routine issues, and escalates exceptions. Supports training, onboarding, process improvements, accreditation activities, and compliance across multiple university locations.

Directs career development services for students and alumni by providing career coaching, managing internships, coordinating employer and networking events, building campus and employer relationships, and promoting professional development opportunities. The role administers Handshake, oversees job and internship postings, analyzes recruitment outcomes, develops reports and marketing materials, and supports career-related communications and programs.

Coordinates alumni and constituent engagement through marketing, communications, digital content, events, and relationship-building initiatives. Develops content calendars, newsletters, social media, webpages, and promotional materials; supports event logistics, stewardship, reporting, and Alvernia Women’s Council activities. Uses Raiser's Edge NXT to track engagement and maintain constituent records. Collaborates with campus partners, volunteers, alumni, students, and community members, representing the university at on-campus and regional events.
