Supports and configures NetSuite, troubleshoots CRM and ERP integrations, gathers business requirements, improves financial and operational processes, and coordinates testing, deployments, data quality, controls, and user support. The role partners with Finance, Sales Operations, IT, developers, and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable system solutions involving workflows, reports, permissions, integrations, and enterprise application enhancements.

Monitors, validates, triages, documents, and escalates security alerts across endpoint, identity, email, network, vulnerability, and cloud platforms. Performs initial investigations of phishing, suspicious authentication, endpoint alerts, and user-reported events using SIEM, EDR, KQL, and established playbooks. Maintains investigation evidence and tickets, supports vulnerability remediation, collaborates with security and IT teams, and contributes to knowledge articles while developing incident response and threat-hunting skills.
