Teams at Alvarado Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation

Lead nursing care for residents by supervising nurse aides, administering medications, implementing care plans, performing treatments, transcribing physician orders, documenting care, and completing assessments. Participate in shift reports, educate support staff, maintain infection-control and safety standards, respond to emergencies, and coordinate replacement staffing when needed. Requires an LVN or RN license in good standing, strong assessment and documentation skills, communication abilities, organization, and attention to detail.
