Commercial Development Manager responsible for building Alva’s nuclear uprate opportunity pipeline, developing utility and hyperscale customer relationships, and converting opportunities into signed feasibility study agreements. The role develops commercial strategies, business cases, proposals, presentations, and transaction materials; supports negotiations; coordinates engineering, licensing, finance, and project teams; and provides market intelligence on nuclear energy, power markets, AI-driven electricity demand, and project finance.

The Engineering Director will oversee multi-discipline engineering for a steam turbine power plant, managing teams and ensuring successful project execution from design to implementation.

Lead the technical coordination and project management for steam turbine plants, ensuring compliance, overseeing engineering deliverables, and supporting procurement and construction processes.
