Lead development and execution of digital strategy for app and website, manage content and vendors, drive engagement and digital revenue, implement CRM/automation, monitor analytics and report KPIs, and oversee digital transformation initiatives.

Lead risk-based corporate internal audits across the organization, manage end-to-end audit engagements, evaluate internal controls, report findings to senior leadership and audit committees, drive corrective actions, oversee audit issue tracking, coach the audit team, ensure IIA Standards compliance, and leverage data analytics to improve governance and risk management.

Lead development and execution of the club's social media strategy, produce and publish matchday and evergreen content across major platforms, manage community engagement, run interactive campaigns, collaborate with creative and commercial teams, track performance metrics, and provide real-time digital coverage for matches and events.
