Leads strategic growth, operational improvement, and technology-enabled innovation initiatives across Valuation Advisory Services. Translates opportunities into executable plans, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, manages dependencies, and drives implementation and adoption. Owns performance reporting across commercial and operational metrics, establishes accountability rhythms, identifies risks, and provides leadership recommendations. Partners with Product and Engineering on automation and AI opportunities while developing a Senior Analyst and advancing scalable business processes.

Leads strategy, roadmaps, delivery, governance, and commercialization for data and AI-enabled commercial real estate products. Owns third-party data partnerships, licensing, product outcomes, pricing, agile delivery, responsible AI practices, and team leadership. Partners with engineering, sales, marketing, clients, and senior executives while building data products and AI capabilities from concept through scaled production.
