Build and execute email and SMS campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud; develop and troubleshoot HTML/CSS email templates; traffic assets and maintain campaign calendars; coordinate across teams; perform QA/UAT on ad-hoc and automated journeys; and consult on technical email development and best practices.

Serve as day-to-day client contact, translate marketing briefs into technical requirements, coordinate offshore delivery, run QA on Salesforce Marketing Cloud builds, own documentation and change management, and progressively execute campaigns as platform skills grow.

Develop and deploy Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions: build email templates and web pages (HTML/CSS/JS), write AMPScript/SSJS/WSProxy, manage Automation Studio and Journey Builder, create integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, design data models with SQL and data extensions, document setups, and collaborate across teams while owning technical decisions.
