Part-time recruitment assistant to manage end-to-end tech hiring: create postings, source and screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, coordinate offers and onboarding, maintain recruitment records, and support HR administrative tasks in a remote contractor role.

Develop and deploy scalable marketing solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Design email templates and web pages using HTML/CSS/JavaScript and programmatic scripts (AMPscript, SSJS). Build automations, journeys, SQL data models, and integrations via REST/SOAP APIs. Collaborate with architects, marketers and developers, document solutions, and drive technical decisions.

Build and execute email and SMS campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud; develop and troubleshoot HTML/CSS email templates; traffic assets and maintain campaign calendars; coordinate across teams; perform QA/UAT on ad-hoc and automated journeys; and consult on technical email development and best practices.
