Build and execute email and SMS campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud; develop and troubleshoot HTML/CSS email templates; traffic assets and maintain campaign calendars; coordinate across teams; perform QA/UAT on ad-hoc and automated journeys; and consult on technical email development and best practices.

Serve as day-to-day client contact, translate marketing briefs into technical requirements, coordinate offshore delivery, run QA on Salesforce Marketing Cloud builds, own documentation and change management, and progressively execute campaigns as platform skills grow.

Develop and deploy scalable marketing solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Design email templates and web pages using HTML/CSS/JavaScript and programmatic scripts (AMPscript, SSJS). Build automations, journeys, SQL data models, and integrations via REST/SOAP APIs. Collaborate with architects, marketers and developers, document solutions, and drive technical decisions.
