Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams, maintain and disinfect ultrasound equipment, capture and evaluate images, present preliminary findings to physicians, maintain patient records, and follow departmental policies and QA procedures.

Manage front desk operations and patient registration, handle calls and payments, maintain records and compliance (HIPAA/OSHA), supervise/train front desk staff, reconcile cash, support inventory and quality programs, and assist clinical teams as needed to ensure efficient patient experience.

Provide front-desk leadership and hands-on administrative support for patient registration, billing, scheduling, recordkeeping, and compliance. Train and guide staff, maintain inventory, reconcile daily finances, and ensure excellent patient service and HIPAA/OSHA adherence.
