Hands-on scientist responsible for formulation and drug product process development for mRNA-LNP (and optionally AAV/protein) therapeutics. Design and execute experiments, optimize formulations and unit operations, perform stability testing, scale-up processes, support CDMOs and GMP activities, maintain lab documentation, and contribute to regulatory submissions in a cross-functional team.

Lead end-to-end metabolomics and lipidomics projects: design experiments, supervise sample preparation, operate and maintain LC-MS platforms, optimize extraction protocols, process data using Skyline and Compound Discoverer, coordinate with bioinformatics, maintain project documentation in Benchling, and communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership.

As an AI Implementation Engineer, you will drive the adoption of AI tools, collaborating across teams to build infrastructure, evaluate tools, and develop best practices for AI implementation in a biotech context.
