Serves as the factory focal point for product problems, troubleshooting guidance, warranty and goodwill claims, service letters, software administration, and technical support. Assists technicians with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, service procedures, parts and vendor identification, and sample reviews. Creates procedural documentation for new products and processes while filtering and distributing product support information to internal and external customers.

Sells maintenance, repair, service agreements, warranties, parts promotions, and monitoring solutions for electric power generation equipment. Develops customer relationships, conducts frequent territory visits, prospects for opportunities, presents solutions, updates CRM records, supports account maintenance, and assists with credit issues. Collaborates with machine sales, rental, parts, service, and inside sales teams to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Outside sales role focused on growing parts and service revenue for heavy equipment customers. Responsibilities include scheduling customer visits, selling cost-saving solutions, managing territory opportunities, providing equipment and component guidance, conducting machine inspections, analyzing oil samples, preparing quotes, resolving customer issues, and maintaining CRM records. The position requires extensive driving to customer jobsites, strong heavy-equipment and mechanic knowledge, and at least five years of successful construction-industry outside sales experience.
